It sprouted in the year 2003 and now it has grown to a greater dimension striving hard to meet the fast growing demands of various sections of the society. Smart Class is a digital method of teaching, which is rapidly transforming the way teachers teach and students learn in schools with innovative and meaningful way of technology.  By using the advanced modern technologies like satellite-linked advanced audio / video devices with projection system, we use world’s largest data base of digital study material contents mapped to the CBSE syllabus.  Smart class completely eliminates the old pattern of teaching, chalk and board and provides the great visual effect like matching a documentary film which enhances the greater understanding of the curriculum, paving unbelievably easy way to the depth of learning.

 

Smart class program seeks to empower teachers with technology right inside their classrooms. The program enables teachers to use digital resources such as graphics, animations, 3D Images and Video clips in addition to the chalk and talk methods of teaching in their day to day teaching life. This results in a completely new multi sensory learning experience for students and helps them to improve their academic performance.

Smartclass has received a tremendous response from both teachers and students. It enhances the quality of teaching imparted in classrooms while making classes infinitely more interesting for students(it helps them to easily understand abstract concepts). As per latest studies, Smartclass enhances student performance by upto 25%in the year itself.

     

 CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

 

ROBOTICS PROGRAMME   Pon Vidyashram schools have partnered with ‘Tec-knowledge Education’ to provide Activity based Robot learning programs for its students in the school.  The Programme aims at developing the Scientific spirit in children and to teach them new concepts in science through theories, through practical and fun – filled activities.

 

ROAD SAFETY PATROL:

The members of the RSP Committee, around 125 students take charge of regulating the traffic & sending the students in a line to the classes. Within a short span of time we hope these students will do wonders.

Our school aims at making every student who enters into the portal as a piece of rock to be chiseled to a beautiful sculpture “Satyam Vadha Dharmam Chara”. The world is my country & to do good is my religion. Moral life is an essential condition for the prospects of wisdom. We will make it.
